Identify and Attract - we use a Performance Profile rather than a typical "job description". We then use our vast network and cold call to identify candidates (no job boards allowed).
Screen, Exhaustive Interview Notes, and Candidate Assessment - we screen out candidates that do not meet the experience and skills required, then interview the short list using hypothetical and situational questions (list gets smaller), then interview the remaining candidates to assess their thinking process, reasoning, conflict resolution, leadership, execution and project management style, and make sure the culture will be a fit.
Presentation of Short List - we present up to 3 candidates (many times the 1st candidate is hired) as Confidential Profile to the Hiring Manager.
Radical Reference Checking - although we will provide references from a candidate if desired, we prefer to search for an perform reference checks on previous colleagues, customers, and vendors that the finalist candidates have worked with. These are cold calls and reveal the best picture of a candidate's abilities and truthfulness.

Performance Driven Search Fees - it is all about consistent timing and performance - our fees are designed so that the majority of our fee only gets paid when we perform and the candidate is hired.
