VP of Sales and Business Development Cell Site Lease Optimization

Rarely does a Business Development opportunity in the wireless industry come along that is unique, rewarding, and the staff is very involved in community needs. Unique in cell site real estate lease optimization/asset management working with landlords and mobile operators.  Rewarding in 50% travel and excellent compensation package.  The staff is faith-based and is also involved in charitable work in giving back to the community.  

As VP of Business Development, you will build relationships with Regional GMs of Tier 1 and Tier 2 wireless netywork operators as well as the Site Leasing Operations groups both at regional and at the carriers’ headquarters.  Act as liaison between carriers and cell site landlords in the administration of lease programs that allow carriers to maximize operating efficiency and enable landlords to secure their cell site income.

Build a team of sales managers with the VP creating new leads and establishing high level relationships within the wireless carriers.  Secure new client contracts for the provision of third party services to such clients.  Such services would center on the negotiation, financing, management and administration of wireless site leases.  Prospect for and identify new business opportunities with wireless carriers by identifying and developing relationships with key contacts in these carriers.  Manage wireless carrier accounts from inception to closing.  Responsible for maintaining and managing the client's expectations and able to recommend business solutions/alternatives for projects.  Accurately forecast, maintain and report acquisition pipeline and drive deal closure. 

Requires a Bachelor degree with at lesst 10+ years in business development and sales to corporate levels in the wireless carrier market.  In essence, you MUST have a proven track record and STONG rolodex/relationships with Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, as well as Tier 2 carriers.  MUST have expert knowledge of the Site Acquisition and Leasing Administration processes plus experience negotiating leasing contracts.   Finally, MUST have a proven track record in understanding the carrier sales/site acquisition process, relationship sales and the ability to navigate across complex environments within the Regional carrier network operations.  If you are a Site Acquisition Project Manager or sell towers, you are NOT the person we are looking for,  Must be able to independently develop and manage his or her own acquisition pipeline and meet or exceed monthly performance metrics.


Nice compensation package with base salary in the $130k to $140k base with total target in 1st year at $200k; at plan is $300k in 3 years.  Compnay provides relocation  and nice benefits.
