Immediate need for an Independent Sales Agent for Emerging Markets in Eastern Europe.  This is driving sales to mobile operators, handset devices retailers, distributors, and resellers for a USA based mobile handset manufacturer.   Nice commission rate.

Drive sales of mobile handsets for mobile operators' enterprise customers (construction, utilities, transportation, and healthcare) and retailers for blue collar workers and outdoor lifestyle consumers.  These are ruggedized handsets that won’t break or be damaged by water or inclement weather.  Seeking a candidate who has experience in selling mobile handsets in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and  Austria).

Establish new long-term relationships with customers. Manage and interpret customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs. Persuade clients that ruggedized handsets for their outdoor lifestyle, blue-collar subscribers, and enterprise customers will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. You will manage and grow ruggedized mobile handsets reseller accounts with key distributors and mobile operators. In particular, you will maintain and grow new accounts with mobile devices distributors in either Eastern or Southern European regions. The focus is in increasing the resellers and those resellers’ revenues through customer support, product training, sales training, and excellent relationship skills.

Compensation is commission based ONLY at 15% gross profit (sales-COGS).  The ideal candidate understands handset distribution, resellers, and has some experience with niche or business focused products. Must be fluent in English read/write and two European languages.  Must have experience working from a home office as an Independent Agent or as a Regional Sales Manager for a mobile handset vendor.  You should be a risk taker who believes in themselves and their abilities. Must have extensive account management and product/customer training and sales training of resellers and agents, distributors, and mobile operators. Must be an expert in creating and delivering customer product presentations.

Requires a University/Bachelor degree with 3+ years selling handsets and managing channel sales for a handset vendor or handset distributor and Independent Agent. Must currently live in and be based in Eastern Europe.
